En la cual participaran cuatro equipos: Bucor, C.A. River Plate, Gimnasia y Esgrima de Santa Fe y Sociedad Alemana de Gimnasia. Cada equipo estará conformado por cinco nadadores titulares, y uno suplente.
Deberán competir en 50 metros de cada estilo (mariposa, espalda, pecho y libre) más 400 combinados, el primer día; y 100 metros de cada estilo más 400 libre, el segundo.
